Emmanuella (Ella) Ansere joined Resource Link Foundation in 2018.  She has a Business Management degree with a specialization in Human Resources from the Christian Service University College.  She has been one of the key staff members in the Resource Link Foundation Ghana office and is highly dedicated to advancing the organization’s mandate across all sectors.
