OVERVIEW

The organization has five (5) office staff, seasoned professionals on the Executive Board, and 118 registered volunteers who all bring expertise and acumen to influence the direction and management of the organization. The staff members work diligently to enforce the rules and regulations of the organization and implement decisions at the direction of the Board of Trustees.

The Coordinating Director has administrative and financial responsibilities and oversees the day-to-day project work in collaboration with like-minded individuals and organizations. The Program Managers supervise projects and volunteers and report to a committee who meets periodically to evaluate their activities and make decisions in line with RLF’s policies. RLF has a permanent Secretariat located at the head and field offices in Kumasi, Mampong and Wenchi.

RLF also has standing committees who carry out the specialized and technical aspects of the work and make relevant recommendations to the Executive.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees is comprised of a governing body guided by policies and a management Team headed by the Coordinating  Director who oversees the day-to day business of the Secretariat of RLF.  The programmes and support units are headed by Programmes Managers and officers within the organization.
