MISSION

Resource Link Foundation (RLF) exists to serve marginalized and deprived communities through advocacy, capacity building and resource mobilization to improve the standard of living of Ghanaians in diverse ways.

VISION

To ensure that the lives of the deprived and marginalized can be transformed and developed.

VALUES/ BELIEFS

Capacity building: Empower the individuals and groups through training and skills development to effect positive change in lives.

Mobilization: Ensure that, needed resources are mobilized to contribute for the development of  deprived and the marginalized.

Social and economic justice: Enable people to claim their human rights and fare share of resources to  meet their needs and have greater control over the decision making processes which effects their lives.

Participation: Facilitate democratic involvement by people in the issues which affects their lives based on full citizens, autonomy, and shared power, skills, knowledge and experience.

Equality: Challenge the attitude of individuals, and the practices of institutions and society, which discriminate against and marginalize people.

Learning: Recognize the skills, knowledge and expertise that people contribute and develop by taking action to tackle social, economic, political and environmental problems.

Co-operation/Partnership: Work together to identify and implement action, based on mutual respect of diverse culture and contributions.
