Chris Dapaah Founded Resource Link Foundation in 1999 and formally registered the organization in 2001. Since then, he has been driving Resource Link Foundation Ghana’s efforts to strengthening the capacity of people and promoting sustainable development through education, governance, healthcare, the environment, and social accountability.
